Also, IRSEEM operates the Research and Development Innovation Service (SIRD), a captive unit that provides scientific support to core research areas. SIRD also supports SMEs along with regional establishments of large French and international groups. SIRD executes a comprehensive strategy that combines a thorough understanding of market needs (demand pull) and research-driven expertise in tech innovation (technology push).
